As an Strategic Hiring & HR Partnership, you will assist in sourcing HR partners and candidates for various roles at Property Enviro Tech. Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential external HR partners, such as recruitment agencies and staffing firms
• Help in screening and interviewing candidates.

• Assist in creating talent pipelines and maintaining relationships with HR partners.

• Help streamline the recruitment process by ensuring smooth coordination between hiring managers and external partners.
• Assist in planning talent sourcing strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Current MBA or Master’s student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good research, organization, and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in recruitment and HR partnerships.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
